LILAPACK LVP-260PD vacuum packer is a compact chamber machine designed for vacuum packaging of food and other products in suitable vacuum bags.

The model is equipped with a 10 m³/h vacuum pump. The 385 × 280 × 90 (50) mm chamber allows products up to 90 mm high to be packed. A clear dial vacuum gauge allows the operator to monitor the vacuum level, and closing the lid can automatically start the packaging cycle.

The machine features stainless-steel construction. The heating elements are protected with PTFE fabric to reduce film sticking during sealing.

The 260 × 8 mm sealing bar can create a standard seal or a seal with information such as the packing date, use-by date or manufacturer's name. The machine is supplied with a character set and a double-sided sealing bar.

The LVP-260PD can be used in shops, wholesalers, catering businesses and food production and processing plants. It may also be used for selected medical items, electronic parts and components, and other products requiring reduced volume or protection from external conditions. It must not be used for flammable, chemically aggressive or hazardous materials.

Important: the LVP-260PD does not have a MAP function. Use bags or films designed for vacuum packaging. When packaging food, the packaging material must be approved for food contact.
