LILAPACK LVP-400-2F vacuum packer is a high-capacity tabletop machine designed for vacuum packaging of food and other products in suitable vacuum bags.

Its key feature is the use of two sealing bars measuring 2 × 400 × 8 mm. The increased total sealing length makes it possible to package several items during one cycle, improving efficiency where higher throughput is required.

The machine is equipped with a 20 m³/h vacuum pump and a clear dial vacuum gauge. The packaging cycle can start automatically when the lid is closed.

The stainless-steel construction makes the machine easy to keep clean. The heating elements are protected with PTFE fabric to reduce film sticking.

The sealing bars allow either a standard seal or a seal containing information such as the packing date, use-by date or manufacturer's name. The machine is supplied with a character set.

The LVP-400-2F can be used in shops, wholesalers, catering businesses and food production and processing plants. It is also suitable for selected medical items, electronic parts and components, and other products requiring protection from external conditions or reduced package volume. It must not be used for flammable, chemically aggressive or hazardous materials.

Important: use bags or films designed for vacuum packaging. When packaging food, the packaging material must be approved for food contact.
