LILAPACK LVP-300PJ vacuum packer is a chamber machine designed for vacuum packaging of food products and selected industrial goods. The process takes place inside a closed chamber: the machine removes air from the package and then creates a tight seal.

The LVP-300PJ features a deep chamber measuring 370 × 320 × 175 (135) mm, allowing products up to approximately 170 mm high to be packed. This makes it suitable for products that do not fit into standard shallower tabletop machines.

The machine is equipped with a 10 m³/h vacuum pump for efficient packaging cycles. Automatic cycle start after closing the lid simplifies operation, while the clear dial vacuum gauge allows the operator to monitor the vacuum level inside the chamber.

The stainless-steel construction is suitable for intensive use and easy to keep clean. The heating elements are protected with PTFE fabric to reduce film sticking during sealing.

The double-sided 300 × 8 mm sealing bar can create a standard seal or place information directly in the seal line, such as the packing date, use-by date or manufacturer's name. The machine is supplied with a character set.

The LVP-300PJ is suitable for shops, wholesalers, catering businesses, as well as food production and processing plants. It may also be used for selected medical items, electronic parts and components, and other products requiring reduced package volume or protection from external conditions. It must not be used for flammable, chemically aggressive or hazardous materials.

The operating accessories set includes vacuum pump oil, a spare chamber lid gasket, spare sealing-bar components, heating tape and PTFE protective tape.

Important: the LVP-300PJ does not have a MAP function. Use bags or films designed for vacuum packaging. When packaging food, the packaging material must be approved for direct contact with food and edible fats.
