LILAPACK LVP-260PD-G vacuum packer is a compact chamber machine designed for vacuum packaging and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP). The model includes an installation for supplying a gas mixture to the package.

The machine is equipped with a 10 m³/h vacuum pump. The 385 × 280 × 90 (50) mm chamber allows products up to 90 mm high to be packed. A clear dial vacuum gauge helps monitor the vacuum level, and the cycle can start automatically after the lid is closed.

The machine features stainless-steel construction. The heating elements are protected with PTFE fabric to reduce film sticking during sealing.

The 260 × 8 mm sealing bar can create a standard seal or a seal with information such as the packing date, use-by date or manufacturer's name. A character set is provided for this purpose.

The LVP-260PD-G can be used in retail, catering and food production and processing plants, especially where vacuum packaging or MAP gas-flush packaging is required. It may also be used for selected medical items, electronic components and other products requiring protection from external conditions. It must not be used for flammable, chemically aggressive or hazardous materials.

Important: use bags or films designed for vacuum packaging. When packaging food, the packaging material must be approved for food contact.
